Responsibilities : 

• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly status report on specific objectives
• Gather and analyze all data relevant to creating the business KPI reports and analysis reports for decision making to enhance the business operation. As well as tracking performance of plan, trend for both period season sales and promotion, margin and inventory
• Work closely with Merchandise planning & Buying team to determine and utilize best practices (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory levels with the ability to make adjustments to forecasts based on changes in demand and market trends to sell the right range of products to deliver sales and profit, whilst managing stock levels in line with targets

Qaulifications : 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Information System or other related fields
• Knowledge of programming and experience working with data. Working knowledge with SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, (SPSS Statistics, Python or R will be advantageous)
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts with strong SQL skills for querying
• Expert Excel user: able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools and Proficiency in Data Visualization tools is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
