Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Disciplinary responsibility for IE&LE Local Team.
  • Maintain the appropriate IE&LE resources and ensure consistence in competence, motivation and efficiency of the team.
  • Support local team concerning specific IE&LE items secure the performance of direct reports in the areas of IE&LE (hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring, giving and receiving feedback)

IE Planning

  • Maintenance and analysis of plant FootPrint Planning
  • Maintenance analysis of plant capacity planning.
  • Evaluation of plant layout changes
  • Planning equipment installation for capacity change or new product launches
  • Maintenance and planning of routings.

IE Improvement

  • OEE TEEP improvement
  • Implementation of TPM-total productive maintenance
  • Implementation of PMS-performance management system, tracking of the performance and of the improvements, conduction time studies (Eg: MTM-method time measurement analysis) and relevant improvements.
  • Maintain CBS projects database updated and sustain the lean @SCM activity of value stream mapping and design, standard work, gemba walk, problem solving, Jidoka, 5S, visualization, workplace design/Ergonomics, Kata, Pull System e-Kanban, pull system-milk run, pull system Heijunka

Lean

  • Maintain CBS Projects database updated and sustain the lean@SCM activity of value stream mapping and design, standard work, gemba walk, problem solving, Jidoka, 5S, visualization, workplace design/Ergonomics, Kata, Pull System e-Kanban, pull system-milk run, pull system Heijunka

Qualifications:

  • Expert in shopfloor development methodologies (e.g.TPM, fast response, heijunka, PMS, MTM, PFMEA, etc.)
  • Advance in basic manufacturing &maintenance administration/development process.
  • Basic knowledge in Lean CBS@R&D methods (e.g. lean@admin method, packing design and standard, lean clever automation, lean product design, front loading, design for Six Sigma, lean@supplier, etc.)
  • Advance in project management and risk management
  • Advance in company processes, procedures and tools.
  • Advance in finance knowledge (e.g. budget structure, NCC, PEPR, ROS,ROCE, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in safety and labor regulations
  • Advance in team working skills, conflict management skills
