Report to
Marketing Manager


  • Develop strategic plan of Marketing strategy and activities in order to strengthen brand awareness & equity of assigned product.
  • Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products such as conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting price, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaign and monitoring sales performance.
  • Develop the understanding of consumer insight and transform to be unique product concept and positioning to approach target consumer.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic market trend, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and consumer insight to generate new product concepts, identify product features that need to be changed to meet consumer needs and liaise with other parties both within and outside company to implement these changes.
  • Monitor sales volume, market share, revenues and cost against budget and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product.
  • Manage P&L to deliver the most efficient result and evaluate its outcome.
  • Liaise with advertising agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.

Qualifications : 

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, and other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager/ Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
  • Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Good communication in English both.
