Report to
Senior Digital Manager
Responsibillity :
- Develop digital activities and milestones which identify priorities and opportunities for the company, with involvement and understanding from cross-functional teams (brands/ corporate functions) and their digital agency
- Ensure digital strategies and priorities of each brand aligned with corporate digital roadmap
- Monitor and track progress
- Capture digital innovations and technology that can be leveraged in our market.
- Present plans on how to effectively introduce and utilize those opportunities for the company.
- Monitor all assets’ performance. Provide relevant data to support all digital asset portfolio management
- Coordinate with Media team to drive Media Spend efficiency: Enhanced Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) techniques and metrics. Paid/Owned/Earned media optimization
- Identify required competencies for the company and digital agency.
- Assess and identify gaps and develop members through coaching, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Single point of contact with global and regional offices e.g. global direction and priority.
- Build and maintain good/ trusted relationships within company and with relevant external parties in digital industry
- To inspire and develop innovative consumer content online
- Aim to deliver best in class services and solutions by regular benchmarking/ assessing against industry best practices
Qualification : - Minimum hold of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or any related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing field
- Proven track records in planning, running, managing large projects and campaigns with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience in supporting the business in prioritizing portfolio of projects and delivering agreed portfolio
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
