Report to
Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify the right strategy for the brand.
- How to motivate & negotiate internal and external team to work as planned to achieve brand’s target
- Time management & how to prioritize multitasks
- Ensure all marketing activities are implemented as planned with time constraint for field visit
- Data / information analyzing – how to compile bits and pieces of information into a comprehensive action plan to drive the brand
- Anticipate competitors’ activities such as NPD, brand strategy, advertising promotion campaign
- Gathering market intelligence
- Developing brand strategy
- Developing & implementing marketing plan, advertising & promotional plan based on the agreed budget
- Initiate and coordinating new product development
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties in all matters that concern brand management to drive brand performance
Qualification:
- Master degree in Business Administration. Marketing major is preferable.
- At least 5 years product management experience from FMCG companies
- Self-starter with good strategic thinking & analytical skills, creative & initiative, strong leadership skills & ability to work with people of different mindsets, resilient & able to perform well under pressures, decisive.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong in Communication and analytical skill.
- Experience in team management would be advantage.
