Report to
Digital Strategy & Insights Director - SEA

Responsibility : 

  • Serve as the resident "user-experience" expert as well as co-lead journey experience design & implementation for 4 brand business units across all touch points (accountable for digital, consult for offline). enabling personalized, seamless & near-time experiences along customer journeys, thereby delivering marketing or sales conversions
  • Define & develop the conversion KPIs for customer journeys. Identify ways to track & monitor the metrics on an on-going basis
  • Accountable in the continuous enhancement & KPI deliverables of brands' digital properties: website, application, Club CRM programs and social media channels
  • Plan & actively manage the digital marketing budget for given areas of responsibility. Recommend increases / decreases in spend where appropriate to take advantage of opportunities as they occur and to achieve sales & new customer experience goals
  • Report regularly on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities. Make recommendation to agencies and cross functional teams as to improving performance. Set goals & monitor performances
  • Create a test & learn & scale environment to ensure staying on top of industry and corporate trends. React quickly to results & formulate action plans to optimize & grow initiatives and channels where we see positive impact
  • Responsible for ensuring business leadership know how your effort drive results & where you're making changes to improve outcome
    Qualification :
  • Bachelor or higher in business management, marketing or other related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing
  • Creative & digital agency experience preferred, category experience is not compulsory
  • Digitally savvy, current on market trends, emerging technologies & exploitable opportunities
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • Effective communication, presentation & writing skills (English & Thai)
  • Show strong sense of ownership & urgency to drive business beyond its potential
  • Collaborate well with external & internal stakeholders from different functions & background
  • Literacy in Google Analytics & Firebase is a must. Adobe Marketing Cloud Suite preferred but not compulsory​
