Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue/KPIs goals through managing display merchandising, innovation launches, ad promotions and trade spend.
  • Design and implement in-store programs to increase efficiency in operational and brand excellence.
  • Execute new store opening plan for brands for both direct-to-consumer and partnered stores.
  • Drive and manage appropriate merchandising, set and effectively manage season open-to-buy planning
  • Manage client relationships with partners. Interacts with Product and Marketing team to support marketing, promotional plans and e-commerce where applicable
  • Ensure all corporate departments have knowledge of and understand store operations processes
  • Development and execution of reporting and analytics in the retail supply chain, including forecasting, product assortment, pricing strategies, sourcing, development and tracking.
  • Identify, communicate and delegate responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Provide store managers and staff with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams.
  • Build retail teams and recruit the right talent for different store operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
  • 7+ years of strong sales track record in retail with an international established brand, preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear or fast moving specialty retailer
  • Ability to understand and manage brand marketing concepts, real estate property and legal requirement is necessary. Experience in a regional environment managing franchised stores will be preferred.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and cross functions.
  • Excellent communications skills. Must be a strong communicator through verbal and written means in both English and Thai. Fluent language skills required.
  • Solid management skills with a proven track record in building and leading teams of diverse individuals who work independently to achieve business objectives, promoting collaboration, coordination, and teamwork.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial reporting including creating and monitoring budgets and strong analytical skills.
  • Possess strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and resolution skills.
  • Experience in multinational companies and international business environments.
