A Leading International Consumer Goods Company
Report to
Head of Trade Marketing


  • Responsible for developing category & channel vision and strategy - including Category Growth Agenda Category Investment Strategy to profitably maximize market share.
  • Defining strategies and plans that deliver category/ sub category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
  • Identifying priority channels for the category/ sub category and work with channel managers to recommend tailored category channel plans in line with overall market strategy.
  • Working with shopper understanding & activation team and channel team to develop the in-store vision of success for the category/ sub category in each channel.
  • Recommends actionable in-store solutions to support in-store vision. Supports its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Monitoring promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by category/ sub category, priority channels and strategic customers. Identify and recommend promotional opportunities.
  • Recommending clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and market knowledge. Ensure promotional investment is properly evaluated.
  • Proposing optimal budgets for category by channel. Ensure all investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
  • Accountable and responsible for preparing and implementing new product trade launch plan and conducting pre and post evaluation.
  • Recommending winning commercial propositions for the category, effectively communicating these to customer team and Sales operation team as appropriate.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing especially TT channel, channel development and sales/ key account
  • Able to understand key business functions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and computer skills
