Responsibilities:
- Drive customer specific e-commerce initiatives to grow online market share and brand presence (focus on platform sell-out)
- Define and support execution of the annual e-marketing & e-sales calendar in synchronization with offline distribution owners
- Ensure commercial policy updates and roll-out to incentivize e-commerce activities on customer side
- Build a long-term relationship with e-commerce partners and their operational teams
- Enable e-commerce partners to promote the Schneider brand on their platforms, with all available e-marketing tools.
- Analyze and understand the online shopper journeys of the different buyers and use those insights to adapt the local strategies
- Build a toolbox of relevant e-marketing instruments based on local insights (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Automation, Google analytics, etc.…)
- Optimize the integration of Partner Relationship Management in all e-business related activities
- Establish a structural way of working for reporting, analytics and execution of plans
- Be the country e-commerce role-model and ambassador and share best in class operations with other country teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Technology or Engineering or equivalent desirable.
- At least 2 years of e-commerce management and/or online business development and/or digital marketing management experience
- Can conduct and understand Insight generation of online B2B2C shopper behavior, customer centric digital marketing campaigns and content improvements on sales platforms
- Experience in developing comprehensive e-marketing and customer joint action plans
- Understands the difference between B2B and B2C value chains; customers, specifiers and influencers.
- Good general understanding of e-marketing tools and instruments (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Syndication, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics…)
- Knowledge of e-marketing Automation
- Comfortable to manage, report and drive the e-marketing and e-commerce KPIs
- Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities
- Basic knowledge of digital Partner Relationship Management (CRM)
- Good technological understanding of e-commerce platforms is highly appreciated
- Experienced in leading service providers or agencies
