Responsibilities:

  • Driving the end to end recruitment process and being responsible for the quality of prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitions.
  • Managing pipeline planning with the hiring managers of business units to ensure the number of job openings and the skills being hired are appropriate and proportionate at all times.
  • Managing an on-going candidate outreach to ensure a positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity.
  • Defining recruitment sourcing strategies to develop a pool of potential candidates. Gathering market intelligence and developing a solid understanding of the local marketplace in which the recruitment is being conducted.
  • Executing the hiring and placement of successful candidates into the business, where required, and getting involved in reviewing CVs and conducting first interviews.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and acting like HR Business partner for all HR Recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with C&B team and prepare salary proposal for job-offering
  • Deal/Advice proper work condition agreement with agencies and job advertising agency for recruitment activities processes
  • Ensure key elements of company employment brand are reflected in all communication activities and manage the labor market communication in such way that right people are attracted and the image of the company meets the objectives, in order to attract and recruit the right people which will positively affect company performance.
  • Anticipate recruitment trend and prepare proactive recruitment plan and provide resourcing plan for business expansion.
  • Prepare and update Recruitment weekly report for management in relation to new hires and vacancies.
  • Manage Recruitment team members, coaching, developing and engaging them to ensure delivery of programme role targets at the right time, the right quality and the right price, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ongoing monitoring/management of team workloads to achieve optimal deployment of resources
  • Participate and help to generate employment branding initiatives

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HR Business Partner or Recruitment area especially in retail business is highly preferable.
  • Good communication skill, able to coordinate with all level of people and ability to influence, coach at all levels of the organization.
  • Good command both of spoken and written English.
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
