Responsibilities:

  • Execute specific strategic channel strategy to ensure the company sales targets are met
  • Ensure successful implementation of retail performance standards (visibility, distribution and shelving) in line with trade promotion plan for the channel
  • Own tracking and adherence to budget plans to drive value & volume targets
  • To effectively negotiate and optimize, company Trade-Marketing spends for each account, to improve the profit contribution of each account or a group of accounts as the case maybe. Effective apportionment, phasing and control of trade support budget
  • Maintain positive communication and collaborative relationship with other functional team with the result to improve the overall organizational performance and working atmosphere
  • Maintain company relationship with Key Business Partner (DKSH & Key accounts) to ensure the business interests of company is preserved.
  • Conduct monthly regional sales operation meeting by setting the agenda, chairing and circulating the minutes
  • To manage the accounts stocks – in store and in warehouse - to ensure company products are sufficiently stocked always to serve the customer’s requirements promptly and accordingly manage sales forecasts to achieve KPIs
  • To maintain an awareness of and provide feedback of all competitive activity
  • The strength of the customer and the pressure on our margins is respectively increasing. To secure our listings and shelf space – at profitable margins – the incumbent of this role must be determined to be persistent in achieving the goals set down for the account. The incumbent must convince the customer to work in mutual partnership
  • The incumbent must be independently capable of preparing logical and systematic plan to deliver the monthly & annual sales numbers. Given the sales contribution the channel accounts – the monthly performance will significantly influence the 3/1 sales plan
  •  
  • Extensive working knowledge and experience in OTC – Pharmacy channel. Understand and implement key drivers for the channel and ensure annual planning and plan delivery.

Qualification:

  • Minimum in Bachelor degree, MBA preferable
  • 6 – 8 years’ experience in Sales in FMCG business with at least 2 years of direct experience in front line sales
  • Good in leadership, communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Professional selling, negotiation and computer skills
  • Very good of spoken and written in English
  • Full understanding of OTC market
  • Full knowledge of major multiple – pharmacy operations
  • Proven presentation skills
  • Proven experience in motivating leading 3rd party agencies
