Responsibilities:

  • Analyze monthly performance by Channel and Category business
  • Responsible for driving and analyzing performance of, leading the planning and outlook projection in category business
  • Support category vision and roadmap by driving strategic thinking into excellent execution
  • Integrated Brand – Marketing Plan and Activity Grid. Optimize A&M investment fund through M&E.
  • Support weekly and monthly Demand and S&OP meetings. Own S&OP results for channel and category – sell-in, off-take, stock
  • Proactively track performance versus target
  • Channel and Category P&L outlook projection and Annual Operating Plan/Strategic Business Plan update
  • Set price competitively and ensure compliance to transfer price policy
  • Important insights that will drive the success of the channel
  • Integrated Channel – Commercial Plan and Activity Grid. Optimize D&A investment fund through M&E.
  • Act as partner to the business, driving great performance by producing high quality plans and outlooks, analyzing the business against those plans, identifying risks / opportunities and working with Channel and Category working team to improve performance
  • Embed a culture and way of working across the Channel working team through using and developing analysis tools to ensure we are effectively and efficiently managing channel and category performance
  • Ensure annual M&E timetable and process is signed off and communicated to cross-functional teams.
  • Build business case and lead financial analysis for Innovations projects to ensure financial viability and facilitate Gate Submission and Review.

Qualification:

  • Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG exposure.  3-5 years in managerial position with people management experience.
  • Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience in budget / forecast process and variance analysis
  • Experience in business case and project analysis. 
  • Experience in analysis effectiveness of trade and marketing spend, as well as channel and brand P&L performance analysis.
