Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer services and selling techniques
  • Generate outstanding sales results, beyond the store average
  • Share knowledge and experience with Sales Associates to allow them to improve their performance, also coach new staff
  • Increase clients’ engagement and loyalty by conveying brand values
  • Be the specialist support role in the team, i.e. VM, CDM, repair, etc.
  • Achieve top sales results through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
  • Provide support in stock management
  • Maintain floor display area and merchandise
  • Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and image of the store
  • Perform delegated tasks efficiently
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and brand standards within the boutique

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
  • At least 1-4 years of retail sales experience or Client Service Business, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
  • Good command of Thai, Fluency in one or more foreign languages a plus, Mandarin Chinese preferred, computer literacy a must.
  • Excellent cross-selling skills
  • Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry
