Responsibilities:

• Manage/monitor/control production processes to ensure performance standard according to company requirement as well as co-ordinate with TAAP to support Assembly shop & EE team (all models) according to assembly contract.
• Implement/Monitor of MPS, Control System 1-2 in production process Assembly shop & EE team (all models).
• In charge and perform engineering/information interface functions between MO/PCPBA, concerning DAG department and contracted assembler.
• Monitor corrective/preventive action processes.
• Plan/monitor special projects as assigned.
• Develop and train engineering staff in cooperation with assembler.
• Ensure operation conformity according ISO9001, 14001 and internal standards MPS and quality concepts are met.

Qualification: 

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering, focusing on automotive engineering. and/or related with strong background in automotive engineering management.
• Experience 7 years in Production specifically in automotive industry.
• Excellent planning, communication and computer based skills.
• Excellent Strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong leadership skill, team player and open-minded.
• Fluent in English and Thai (German would be an advantage).
