Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, manage and monitor dealers' service network for passenger car, commercial vehicle by doing annual revision and setting priorities about the consequent usage and rationalize effects as well as optimize of processes based on company’s standards.
  • Support dealers to maintain customer satisfaction by identifying customer complaints as well as support in product and process analysis to determine and plan the best corrective and future preventive action accordingly.
  • Implement customer orientated warranty/goodwill policy in compliance with group’s standards and consider market demands.
  • Visualize, analyze and assess service market situation by documenting and processing efficiency indicators in order to determine the overall service demand.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in complaint management or call center service
  • Strong strategic, communication, diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented with good organization skills
  • High ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • A self-motivated person with systematic thinking and approaches
