Regional Supply Chain Manager (160K)
Our Client
A leading healthcare service provider
Responsibilities :
- Manage Supply chain process for the assigned products
- Monitor and ensure adequate, timely and appropriately supply of new products launch
- Oversee forecast and inventory planning process to optimize inventory stocking levels and to meet customer (both internal and external) objectives
Communication:
- Ensure effective lines of communication between counterparts in Logistics, Regional teams (Regulatory / QA, Marketing, and Finance), Commercialization teams in the country, Principal Supply Chain as well as SSG production and procurement personnel
- Communicate disruptions to appropriate persons in the organization, develop multiple scenarios, articulate key decisions and recommendation to regional commercialization Leadership team highlighting service, inventory and cost tradeoffs
Planning and Analysis
- Work closely with both regional and commercialization teams in the country to monitor new products launches from initiation to delivery to country
- Execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses
- Conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain
Inventory Control
- Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
- Evolve and maintains documentation and standard operating procedures for demand/supply planning processes and systems and ensure that these are being followed by the related parties
Management
- Develops a high-performance team. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals
- Manage contractor and subcontractor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Business
- Strong project management and communication skills concentrated on data gathering and dissemination
- Detailed and result orientated project management on several projects at the same time.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- 10-15 years of experience in Supply Planning, regional role experience preferred
- Business or Operations experience, with solid quantitative skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively and creatively in a resource lean environment
- Detail orientated, organized, reliable, resourceful with a relentless focus on outcomes
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent consultative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
- Solid leadership and communication skills concentrated on data gathering, meeting facilitation and data dissemination
