Responsibilities :

  •  To assure the given company’s direction is well managed, controlled, implemented and monitor for the delivery of the result timely and accurately.
  •  To interpret the direction into clear and practical mission and goals in short-term and long-term for each workgroup to develop the world class supply chain efficiency/capability at cost optimizing model with the synchronization of logistic activities.
  •  To set clear logistics model; with consideration of strategy, policy, process, system, equipment and tools, resources as well as investment for cost optimization and best performance delivery; either in outsourcing model or own warehouse and/or logistics model or hybrid models with a long-term and short-term analysis for best cost and service performance.
  •  To utilize the logistics investment and network; warehouse and distribution; including the investment in premises, equipment and tools, the resource management and the control of dynamic network to optimizing cost and delivery the best total logistics performance.
  •  To manage/select and control the RFP for best vendor selection to support the business growth.
  •  To elaborate overall logistics budget in according to the investment, process and budget control to meet business requirement with a proper cost-service level, serving to business growth requirement with a good leverage with cost saving initiatives.
  •  To manage the compliance of both warehouse and logistics in accordance to laws, regulation, legislation, safety and security and business requirement.
  •  To lead the SOP process, business and law compliances, integrity, anti-bribery and resource management with due diligence of warehouse and transportation process and control with a proper tracking and tracing internal databases and documents for the transparency and efficiency control, including for supporting internal and external audits.
  •  Benchmarking the KPI and challenging the team for world class’s supply chain
  •  Mentoring, coaching, training and monitoring team member(s) on tools, tactics, systems and processes.
  •  To develop own successor and team development. Provide team member the feedback for development and mentoring for succession planning in each workgroup.
  •  Guiding team to ensure effective communication of strategic and tactical issues.
  •  Being a role model and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
  •  Being a leading in an actively and lively of Mission and Values of Company in workplace.
  •  Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administrative and / or Supply Chain, Logistic Management any related field.
  •  Minimum 10 years experiences in operation of both warehouses and transportation/fleet management in senior managerial level.
  •  Experience in dynamic model of managing 3PL and managing own logistics; warehouse/transportation; in ambient environment, experience in cold chain environment is an advantage.
  •  Strong proven success records of KPI delivery, cost initiatives and premise/process/people management.
  • High experience in leading the project management in logistics. Ability of data analytical for project management and deliver the best performance of supply chain.
  •  Strong knowledge and ability to work with dynamic group of people and environment.
  •  Experience in Budget control and initiatives.
  •  Experience in people development and managing team member for success.
  •  Excellent communication skills, in English will be advantage.
  •  Work under dynamic and make a quality and timely decision under ambiguity and fast paced environment and people diversity.
  •  Result oriented.
  •  Customer service mind and teamwork spirit.
  • Able to travel if required.
