Responsibilities :

  •  Be a Business Owner for the APO Enterprise Digital function, advocating business requirements and priorities into the IT cycle plan to ensure the infrastructure can support our current and future marketing plans.

Lead Digital for Launch & Sustainment of Global and Regional Products

  •  Lead the strategy and implementation for digital on global/regional products from reveal through launch
  •  Identify and champion best practices for local market digital planning, tracking, and measurement
  •  Support Global Digital Programme and Tool implementation across APO markets
  •  Lead the deployment of Regional programs: Build and Price tool deployment, Owner Site, Search Engine Optimization program, Website testing and optimization program, global UX rollout, and Omniture analytics rollout
  •  Represent APO Digital and APO market needs in Global Launch Meetings and forums
  •  Understand linkages between Global Marketing Launch Process (GMLP) and interface with Global Marketing for specific digital regional deliverables (e.g. strategy, placemats, launch plans)

Champion business requirements through appropriate Enterprise (IT) Solutions

  •  Business Owner support for AEM
  •  Support development of marketing requirements as inputs for Enterprise (IT) Solutions – consumer facing websites, mobile and social applications/platforms, and digital analytics
  •  Drive overall marketing strategy and business priorities into the IT cycle plan for AP/markets & lead execution of Annual Cycle Plan activities
  •  Stay connected with global enterprise efforts to help drive efficiencies in APO
  •  Manage agency partners for enterprise related activity – staffing, process, burn rates, budget, delivery against objective, on time performance
  •  Lead work on annual scope of work planning with MSC/VML
  • Represent Marketing Communications at Enterprise Governance Forums: Global Digital, Digital Governance

Qualifications:

  • An advanced marketing or business degree
  • 6 years+ experience in Marketing, preferably within Digital Marketing
  •  Prior experience with Senior Management Interaction/support a plus.
  •  Prior experience in Marketing Communications is a plus.
  •  Experience in digital marketing agency management and/or experience working with IT Teams and managing Enterprise projects will be beneficial.
  •  Knowledge of global auto industry and markets, company product and general product knowledge is a plus.
  •  Experience with Managing Brand Websites & Customer Databases
  •  Be a self-starter, and have the ability to take responsibility for key strategic studies.
  • Strong business acumen, good communication skills, and high creativity.
  •  Team player is a must.
  • Ability to manage by influence – especially important with market partners. Ability to present point of view/recommendations in senior management environments
  • Have a mindset for continuous improvement and always seek feedback for improvement.
  • Dependable, committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes.
  •  Ability to champion Digital Launch issues within the Global / Regional / Market team environment.
  • Understanding of Company Global Marketing deliverables, expertise in Digital Marketing.
