APO Digital Innovation & Ecommerce Manager(160K)

Global Leading Automotive Company

Responsibilities :

• Leading the development of digital strategy and implementation in support of global and regional product launches.
• Identify opportunities in Ecommerce as well as the strategy across the APO region and bring to delivery of the Ecommerce shopping tool through multiple digital touchpoints. In addition, detect and drive digital innovations by all digital channels to address business requirements.
Lead AP Ecommerce Strategy and drive the delivery of ecommerce platform for APO markets
• Understand the target customer, partner and technology consumptions habits for each market
• Lead development of ecommerce strategy and identify specific solutions to implement.
• Drive the delivery of the ecommerce platform working with IT and agencies.
• Oversee Ecommerce innovation pilots including Amazon(India) etc.
Drive emerging marketing innovation
• Identify opportunities for cross-region program deployment through digital channels (e.g. Internet, mobile, social, emerging media) for APO
• Work with digital agencies to drive new ideas for the customer across the entire digital spectrum
• Translate creative campaign themes and key messages into unique digital executions
• Identify and champion best practices for local market digital planning, tracking, and measurement
Qualifications:

• An advanced marketing or business degree
• 6 years+ experience in Marketing, preferably within Digital Marketing
• Prior experience with Senior Management Interaction/support a plus.
• Prior experience in Marketing Communications is a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing agency management and/or experience working with IT Teams and managing Enterprise projects will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of global auto industry and markets, company product and general product knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Managing Brand Websites & Customer Databases
• Be a self-starter, and have the ability to take responsibility for key strategic studies.
• Strong business acumen, good communication skills, and high creativity.
• Team player is a must.
• Ability to manage by influence – especially important with market partners. Ability to present point of view/recommendations in senior management environments
• Have a mindset for continuous improvement and always seek feedback for improvement.
• Dependable, committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes.
• Ability to champion Digital Launch issues within the Global / Regional / Market team environment.
• Understanding of Company Global Marketing deliverables, expertise in Digital Marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external constituents.
