Responsibilities :

• Manage & drive the overall financial (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, CAPEX) performance with Line Managers
•  Lead the accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and tax compliance for the country
•  Develop an environment of integrity, robustness and confidence in governance and risk management to meet stakeholder requirements
•  Deliver internal reporting requirements for Asia and Group including management accounts, forecasts, budgets and business plans
•  Ensure smooth external statutory and tax audit. Adhere to group timelines and standards
•  Support value creation, providing insightful commercial analysis, forecasting and planning to support strategic and tactical decision making and prioritization
•  Be an integral part of the whole finance function. Contribute to the achievement of functional objectives (eg Finance KPIs)
•  Manage and develop a world class finance team

Qualifications:

• 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance function
•  Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax laws
•  Highly knowledgeable/experienced in transaction processing, system implementation and project management
•  Highly numerate, analytical with good interpersonal skills
•  Able to prioritize work, handle pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
