Responsibilities :

Sales and Services

  •  To lead sales team to achieve individual and team target
  •  To do sales analysis and set target for each SR align with principal criteria
  •  To co-operate with other division to minimize problem bill and credit note
  •  To be a single contact for responsible principals

Marketing Aspects

  •  To evaluate Marketing or Sales plan results and recommend for alternative ways to improvement
  •  To visit or create relationship with customers in order to update and feedback company services
  •  To acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation as required by superior or principals

Coaching and Development

  •  To coach and train AM/PM/KAM to work properly and monitor their performance align with company and principal policy
  •  To encourage AM/PM/KAM with company code of conduct and Sales & Marketing guidelines to follow in every activities
  •  To accompany with SR/AM/KAM in the field for coaching purpose
  •  To develop and support AM/PM/KAM to grow in their career path
  •  Ability to have suggestions or any improvements of the work in general
  •  Willing to be continuously developed by superior for better career path

Principal Management

  •  To coordinate with principals to develop and implement marketing plan
  •  Routine meeting with principal for update situation and market analysis
  •  Establish and maintain good relationship with relevant persons in each principal

Document and Reporting

  •  To prepare and submit Monthly report and itinerary on time
  •  To report as request by principals
  •  Support AM/KAM to response feedback sheet and problem bill from other division
