Responsibilities :

• Managing advertising media procurement.
•  Searching for marketing service providers or services according to company requirements within a specified time and at a pre-determined rate.
•  Planning procurement of goods and services to meet demands of various departments while ensuring each deal adds value to the organization.
•  Negotiating pricing and payment conditions to ensure a fair deal.
•  Planning new supplier surveys for procurement databases as a means to mitigate potential risk in the event of large or urgent demands.
• Searching for manufacturers or suppliers that offer innovative products to meet the demands of the Marketing Department.
•  Supervising delivery of goods or services to ensure timeliness and satisfactory quality according to specifications.
•  Monitoring pricing and supplying capacity trends among manufacturers to influence procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 30 - 40 years old.
•  Bachelor or Master in other related fields.
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement for marketing.
•  Leadership and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to use SAP business applications.
•  Good command of English.
•  Communication skills.
• Reliability and strong sense of responsibility.
•  Attention to detail, prudency, and transparency.
