Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage product road map
  •  Formulate all product requirements, based on customer needs and competition for both current and expected future situation, and properly feed those requirements to related functions in AP or product development homerooms 
  • Plan and manage the product enhancement (MCE) along the life-cycle Develop and implement business plan
  •  Develop holistic plan for new & refresh product positioning/ feature/ pricing /marketing strategies which will ensure the highest competitiveness and match with customer needs
  •  Lead the VLP (Vehicle Launching Process) across all related functions in order to ensure overall readiness at the time of launching Assess market competition
  •  Study and analyze automotive industry in order to review and adjust product & marketing strategy accordingly
  •  Tracking automotive movement and industry volume
  •  Evaluate product strategy and marketing plan result, including price/product perceptions, needs gaps, positioning gaps, and develop products and communication strategies to close those gaps Manage and coordinate marketing plans and projects
  •  Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  •  Form marketing strategies and recommend changes to marketing & business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  •  Works with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  •  Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  •  Craft compelling messages across marketing channels
  •  Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  •  Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows
  •  Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services
  •  Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. Facilitate PDCA for product strategy
  • Coordinate with all concerned parties to solve and improve product strategy in order to maintain the competitiveness and customer satisfaction at all time
  •  Co-pilot to lead, plan and manage the development of accessories products with accessory team, with the support from PE and Purchasing Communicate the value of product
  •  Lead and manage all product-related areas from VSSM standpoints and take charge as a sole representative from VSSM in all product areas
