Position
HR Manager (120K)

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization’s human resource strategy, adapt existing human resource programs to meet the needs and conduct workforce planning and budgeting
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
  • Review and enhance human resources processes, policies, manage HR operations activities (such as recruitment and employee relation programs) as well as the company’s compensation and benefits including payroll, perform job analysis, salary survey and evaluation exercises
  • Supervise, develop and coach team members
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on all employee-related matters and assist in the resolution of employee relations issues
  • To driven and organize performance management system
  • Perform other jobs and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Human Resources or Business or related field.
  • At least 10 years HR generalist experience (3 years at managerial level) with a multinational or leading organization.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industrial environment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • Good command of the English language and computer skills.
