Responsibilities :

To develop fleet sales strategy and action plans to achieve fleet sales target by working with key fleet accounts, dealers, suppliers and internal support teams (Finance, Sales Planning, Marketing and Plants). Manage the team to support fleet sales target as well as dealers and key fleet accounts.
Fleet Strategy

  •  Develop fleet strategy that support fleet volume target
  •  Translate strategy into action plans with dealers, key fleet accounts, suppliers

Visit key fleet accounts

  •  Regularly visit key fleet accounts to keep relationship and identify business opportunities
  •  Regular in person sales solicitation contacts Leasing and major Finance company’s
  •  Establish meaningful and trusting relationships with fleet customer and prospect

Quarterly Business Plan review

  •  Review business plan with key fleet dealers (B2B dealers).
  •  Support and Improve dealers fleet volume with appropriate action plans and initiatives

Fleet Roadshow and CRM

  •  Lead in setting up “Fleet Event” to promote Fleet Business and get more prospects
  • Regularly follow up prospects and update status in CRM database

Fleet Customer Database and channel management

  •  Lead in updating and expand fleet customer database with support from agency/suppliers


  •  Work with Sales Planning to ensure there is enough production order to support fleet delivery
  •  Build relationship with Financial institutes to support fleet business
  •  Support Global Fleet bids with the AP Regional Fleet Team and international Fleet customer
  •  Leverage the role of CSD in Fleet market
  •  Support company used vehicle liquidation process to maximize resale value and brand positioning.


  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Economics or relating field
  •  At least 10 years’ experience in sales, preferred experience in Automotive industry
  •  Experience in Sales Manager, Fleet Sales or Event Marketing
  •  Strong negotiation and dealer management skill
  •  Strong computer skills, proficiency in English, high presentation skill
  •  Self-discipline and process compliance
