A leading international consumer goods company

Responsibilities :

  • Support the organizational both short and long term using strategic HR plan to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats
  • Contribute to the execution of the business plan
  • Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation
  • Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with the Management and Leadership Principles and Corporate Business Principles. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)
  • Work as part of cross functional / HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Utilize continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiency and ways of working                              

Qualifications:

  • A minimum holder of Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related fields
  • Possess at least 8 years of experience in HR function in managerial roles
  • Experienced in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing
  • Good command of English
