Responsibilities :

Retail Operation Excellence

  • Monitor the implementation of Brand Retail Operations standards and tools (including Addict to Retail and Addict to BC)
  •  Manage, monitor and support the execution of retail digital tools and systems at field level (iPOS, HUB) for operational efficiency
  •  Ensure the implementation of Boutique Operation Manual in place to comply with the policies and procedures of the Brand
  •  Monitor the execution, performance and productivity of services in service menu to drive client experience and sales
  •  Plan and coordinate Mystery Shopping program and action plans for customer service excellence
  •  Monitor and work with CRM on clienteling project to drive client loyalty performance
  •  Identify, implement and monitor retail initiatives to improve retail performance
  •  Manage BC Convention and BC Newsletter to improve staff communication and motivation for retail excellence

Retail Performance KPIs and Top Doors & Boutique Business Strategy

  •  Develop retail middle management team, including retail managers and boutique/ counter managers, on retail and business management competencies for sustainable business development
  •  Organize and conduct Retail Management Fundamentals and related Business Management trainings
  •  Monitor specialization of sales force and work with related departments to manage the professionalism and productivity of Expert and Specialist teams

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor degree and above
  •  5 years and above experiences in Sales/Retail in Retail or Service related industries
  •  Solid retail operations experience is a plus
  •  Fluent in English
  •  Planning and Project Management skills.
