A global leading in FMCG business

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and drive overall digital strategies and activities for company’s product to achieve business goals, including Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital CRM
  •  Initiate and manage strong digital/ online brand and product campaigns with big ideas both corporate and brands, in alignment with marketing strategies.
  •  Develop annual social media plan aligned with agreed digital strategy. Brief and manage digital agency including web film and budget 
  •  Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing plans to ensure cost effectiveness.
  •  Evaluate digital competitive landscape, including market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  •  Lead discussion, strategy, tactic with Digital Suppliers (e.g. Google, Facebook, etc.) to accomplish digital marketing campaigns.
  •  As an expert for all digital platforms, provide strong advice & guidance in the area of digital marketing, e-Commerce and digital CRM to ensure alignment with company’s marketing strategies.
  •  Define the strategic directions of Online to support brand and promote company strategic direction
  •  Develop, execute, & manage the digital marketing strategy, including social media, community management, activation and PR
  •  Develop, execute & manage the digital activity plan
  •  Collaborate with brand, sales, and education teams to identify & implement opportunities to further strengthen the business
  •  Plan for overall digital trends combined with deep insights into customers’ needs & online user / brand experience. Dealing with agency.

Qualifications: 

  • Thai Nationality and Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Thai nationality with Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent and relevant work experience
  • Strong experience with 4 years of digital / social media communications experience with background in FMCG, Digital Agency, E-commerce industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices, social media, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile & web analytics
  • Experience in Online Marketing, Mobile Marketing, and Social Media. Previous experience in brand management and a similar digital marketing role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and excellent verbal & written communication skills
