A Leading International FMCG Company

Responsibilities :

  •  Represent on 360 degree activities on brand activation for driving category and LRB growth
  •  Lead the multi-functional commercial process in development of category plan, new product or pack-price launch/re-launch activity grid, channel strategy development with a clear 5P’s strategy, Go-to-Market plan & KPIs
  •  Be a partner with Marketing to joint agree on the Marketing plan and detailed marketing below-the-line activities
  •  Work with Trade Marketing, Revenue Management and Sales team to develop strategic Channel Plans and lead the implementation of strategy for category sustainable growth
  •  Ensure successful execution and implementation of go-to-market, integrated programs (existing & new products of assigned products), in alignment with sales & marketing functions.
  •  Explore new business opportunity and grow LRB portfolio- representing JV Marketing/ Trade Marketing to collaborate across function; and with Marketing Team (Brand Development)
  •  Manage and control the A&M budget against target with alignment to Marketing
  •  Lead the development of category strategy and implementation to achieve business objectives for all key channels (MT/TT/Open Trade).
  •  Demonstrating the effective go-to-market model plan across channels to launch new product and new platform in order to response to the changing retailing environment
  •  Co-lead with Revenue Management on Pack-Price Strategy and execute Go-to-Market for every new pack-price launching
  •  Lead Assortment Review for Regularly Monitoring Pricing & Promotion compliance with defined strategy, and SOS/SOM Index
  •  Developing business skills & taking lead on category initiatives, in order to grow category across segment
  •  Work closely with Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, and Consumer Marketing, and cross-functional team, to deliver Category Growth profitably, and grow market-share on assigned brands & platform, continuously.


  •  At least 3 years’ experience in Category Development, Customer Marketing
  •  Experienced in Channel development and driving category-captaincy would be beneficial
  •  Experienced with direct retailers’ contacts or shopper research/category management process would be benefit
  •  Strong in dealing with data-intelligence agency
  • Strong analytical skills, turning insight into actions
  •  Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and Execution
