Our Client
A Leading International FMCG Company

Responsibilities :

Business Development

  •  Ensure execution of the country/Region plan strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, execution standards, stock holding, FEFO, manage optimization
  •  Working along with GTM Manager SDM, MDM and RSM to develop infrastructure required by distributor/ sales growth opportunities as per market needs and develop the efficient and viable routes
  •  Convert the areas objectives to actionable plans for ADC, TC, Route Supervisors and Distributors.
  •  Data analysis to find the opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  •  Provide ongoing coaching to all direct reports within the area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  •  Monitor and review the distributor and route performance KPI’s thru RS
  •  Responsibilities and take care benefit of distributor such as claim

Best Practice Tools

  • Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of best practice tool within the area TU, 8 steps of the call, Big 3 and any others rolled out time to time.
  •  Conduct work with ADC, TC and RS to coach and train on BPT’s.

Customer

  • Develop strong relationship with Local Key Accounts within the Area.
  • Ensure FMO and WS program are executed as planned.
  • Distributor should be join gate meeting every Monday and must have to join gate meeting at drop point at least 1 time per month.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any fields
  • Experience in managing Distribution Center & Credit/Cash van Sales Team
  • Good strategic and Analytical Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Work well under pressure

 Good command in both Thai & English
 Computer literature in Microsoft office
