A Leading International Consumer Goods Company

Responsibilities :

  •  Implement Market Research Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand deeply about consumers
  •  Conduct competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant insights
  •  Work together with the Brand Builders in the validation process of hypothesis, concepts & communication (e.g. Big Idea Testing, pre-testing, STM, I&R concept testing) that support the decision making process
  •  Track & Measure all indicators that explain the Brand Health and Performance among its target and support the measurement of the ROI
  •  Help Brand Builders to discover the Core Insight of the target by developing robust consumer and shopper portraits
  •  Leadership and people development
  •  Coordinate and Guarantee that the guidelines and standards are applied in the product testing
  •  Support in driving business performance such as monthly market share tracking, MBS, ICP, MBP


  •  At least 5 year experience in market research
  •  Excellent understanding & application of consumer research methodologies
  •  Demonstrated ability to add value to research process, translating consumer insights into implications
  •  Excellent communicator – championing insights whilst working in a team
