Responsibilities :

•  To work for an international & well established company in the Food industry
•  To lead R&D team in new product development and product enhancement and product innovations
•  To communicate & coordinate directly with overseas customers on new product requirements and new product launches
•  To work closely with cross-functional team within manufacturing operation to ensure successful project management of R&D projects
•  To monitor & analyze market trends and customers' requirements
•  To lead R&D team
•  5 days work week (Housing allowance will be provided)

Qualifications:

•  Male / Female, age over 32 with a degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related studies
•  8+yrs experience in handling R&D and Product Development within a Food / Food Processing Manufacturing industry
•  Previous experience with New Product Development, Product Enhancement and other R&D activities for value added a must
•  Previous experience in managing R&D projects from the start of receiving customers' requirements to developing product concept to product launch preferred
•  Ability to work well with cross-functional team- Good communication skills in English
•  Able to work in Saraburi area
