Responsibilities :

•  Execute logistics tasks in line with the expected level of quality, cost, time and safety
•  Put in place best-in-class warehouse management, transport and custom operations
•  Ensure customer satisfaction through high and sustainable logistic service level
•  Extend our logistic scope to cover projects/solutions and services for all business in the country
•  Provide clear local leadership and develop the local logistic team to deliver high performance to support the business growth
•  Stay close to customers to deliver tailored supply Chain and improve customer experience
•  Be part of commercial leadership team, act as one single contact face in the country for all Supply Chain related activities
•  Lead logistics operations including (international and domestic transport, custom clearance, warehousing, delivery)
•  Co-operate with Supply Chain Planning team to optimize the inventory (stocking policy)
•  Manage the logistics cost
•  Lead improvements projects (from customers’ feedbacks, surveys, internal feedback). Implement new functionalities related to the Customer Process Capabilities and work with Regional team for the Network Design
•  Build a high performance team (define the required competency then develop the team to meet the growing business requirement, train then coach the team)

Qualifications:

• University or Master degrees – Industrial Management / Supply Chain / Transport / Logistics
•  At least 10 year experience in Logistics management (customs management, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory management)
•  At least 5 years with management/department head experience
