Responsibilities :

• Find possibilities to invest in healthcare industries and other related industries.
• Exploring opportunities within pharmacy industries trend in terms of technology and medicine discovery together with relevant laws from different countries.
• Study, analyze, evaluate and select effective appropriate new production technologies.
• Study, analyze, evaluate and select potential companies with appropriate business model to invest with.
• Engage in business negotiation to explore investment project or new joint venture that is relevant to pharmacy industry or other related industries.
• Analyze possibilities and appropriateness in investment or feasibility study and present to the executives.
• Being the leader in exploring business opportunities. Analyze and develop feasibility study, business plan and develop strategy to enter business.
• Proceed with business plan as approved, and push the project to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Educated with pharmaceutical science degree or related,
• Post-graduate study in MBA
• Experienced in business development, deals, M&A, JV is preferred
• Good command of English
• Strong commercial acumen
