Responsibilities :

Operation Management

•  Understand contractual agreements, specification, milestones and timelines
•  Attend and minute prestart customer and sales meetings
•  Provide and assure the project plan and financial milestones for Sales & Customer
•  Attend and lead Ni sales kick off meeting, confirm drawing approvals
•  Develop and communicate your plan to your site teams
•  Confirm factory equipment order
•  Proactively manage, lead and mentor your teams, provide clear directions on all project issues
•  Communicate and report with accurate information to stakeholders in a timely professional manner
•  Ensure quality throughout the project is maintained
•  Organize service handover
•  Ensure tuner capacity plan is achieved report to Operations Manager
•  Leverage against labor constraints

Safety Management

•  Provide a zero tolerance to safety violations
•  Lead by example and ensure all team members understand & commit to a safe working environment adhering to company policy’s
•  Provide accurate knowledge about company safety policy’s and standards to all stakeholders
•  Lead one safety audit per month with a team member

Finance

•  Provide and submit billings in line with contractual agreements
•  Control project budget
•  Attend monthly P&L meetings provide updates and results
•  Meet and report closed projects, unit handover and underbilling commitments
•  Attend financial disputes, customer and internal

Qualifications:

•  Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Project Management
•  Minimum related experience for 3-5 years in elevator / construction project engineering
•  Knowledge of elevator sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and field installation processes is preferable.
•  Good English communication skills and good at MS Office
•  A good understanding of local codes, regulations and requirements
•  Be capable of working with and within a large team
•  Achieved recognized certificates on Safety, Environmental and related works
•  Be customer focused and be prepared to lead by example in dealing with customer issues
