Responsibilities :

• Plan, lead and execute all Information System initiatives and assignment driven by the Regional & Corporate office. Manage infrastructure requirements, Data center operations, Information Security and helpdesk support and promote the use of SAP information for business processes improvements. Align IS strategies and establish plans that will support the current and future business needs. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain high availability of infrastructure components (network, storage, server, application system, security appliance, etc) that allow the business to operate continuously. 
• Reviewing and enhancing work processes to improve productivity and reduce IT operating costs. Implement changes to business workflow, SAP system and procedures that support the company to achieve its business goals. 
• Analysis, provide consultation and support business users of application, reports. 
• Implement Hardware/software configuration updates or changes via change management process. 
• Serve as the procurement technical advisor for purchase of IT and other technologies, and coordinate with the Purchase Department to establish approved IT vendors, for products and services. 
• Define, create and maintain the securities policies, procedure and standard documentation of IT information in accordance with ISO requirements and ensure the policies and procedure are strictly adhered as documented. 
• Manage and control IT expenditure align with company direction. 
• Communicating with clients on all levels to resolve IT/Computer related issues as well as coordinating with higher IT level support to resolve IT Infrastructure and SAP issue. 

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Min 7 years of application implementation (ERP system, office automation) and infrastructure support including  5+ years of hands on system analysis & design, and leading project management in manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• Able to travel mainly within Asia Pacific region.
• Solid knowledge and experience on ERP system – SAP preferred.
• Good infrastructure knowledge in network management, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office 365, Visual  basic or VBA, Anti-virus management, cloud, Virtual Machine, EMC or VxRail.
• Hand on experience of Hardware/Software Asset Management .
