Responsibilities :

•  Manages the distribution center operations covering the function area of outbound operation covering invoicing, picking and packing.
•  Ensures operations are complaint to Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) and costs are within budget at all times.
•  Manages outbound operation team to meet committed performance targets.
•  Reviews and reports of outbound operation for performance & KPIs results.
•  Leads the coordination with other section, departments and external parties such as Principals or customer to resolve operation issues and concerns.
•  Ensures the warehouse management system is used to its design functionality
•  Ensures sufficient stock at picking face for regular orders and no older batch left at bulk area both cold room and ambient
•  Coordinate with principal sign off of returned products
•  Manage spoiled good control and disposition
•  Monitors employee compliance to all SOP and work instruction tasks.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistic & Supply Chain or any related
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics analysis, Warehousing or manufacturing
•  Minimum 1 year of team management
•  High sense of responsibility, quick learner, strong leadership and self-motivated.
•  Good command in English
•  Good command in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel.
