Responsibilities :

•  Assist Manager to manage operations to ensure timely and accurate return of proof of delivery documents from trucker to company
•  Coordinates with trucker to follow through on returned proof of delivery.
•  Ensures staff is able to provide updated information on status of delivery and proof of delivery return.
•  Ensures staff accounts with trucker status of all unreturned proof of delivery and stocks.
•  Assist Manager to manage claims and processing of charges to trucker for damaged goods and unreturned proof of delivery.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacy or related field.
•  At least 5 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing positions managing orthopedic products.
•  Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
•  Strong negotiation skills, high self-motivation and energetic.
• Possess solid presentation skills.
•  Good command of spoken and written English.
