Responsibilities :

Drive the country actions decided during kick-off till offer release

•  Secure the country local offer implementation , including all aspects of the offer (from marketing to delivery including execution and processes)
•  Support and challenge all country leaders in charge of action plans to achieve execution in due time
•  Identify gaps and potential solutions for the issues, escalate to Service VP and Category Manager in case of blocking points.

Organize the communication attached to the project

•  Prepare monthly meeting for progress follow-up
• Structure information, communicate using adequate dashboards
•  Prepare business case

Support Sales teams

•  Regular training and support to daily business
•  Participate to customer visits
•  Business follow-up
•  Support to sales team (pre-sales and sales)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in any fields preferably in Electrical Engineering
•  Average 8-12 years in field services (maintenance service, spare part service, warranty and etc)
•  Strong experience in Field Services, high sales mindset is a must
•  Leadership and team management experience
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•  Experience in Field sales services is mandatory.
