Responsibilities :

Innovative Process

•  Propose new technical ideas and/or provide verification of lock down idea/design direction given by relevant parties to Product Innovation Director for possibility of making prototype and cost, capacity as well as capability assessment for mass production.

Product Innovation Design

• Support on Design process of innovative product and new product concepts (Soft and hard Prototype) with Design team.

Product Innovation Development

•  Support on development process of innovative product and new product concepts (Soft and Hard Prototype) with Prototype Development Team.
•  Coordinate with internal and external department and organization in regards to Product Innovation Technical Expertise for mass manufacturing.
•  Participate in brain storming sessions and bring idea and experience to achieve the optimal product innovation in term of development and manufacturing technicalities.

Product Innovation Project Management

•  Support Product Innovation Project Management team by providing technical information that may affect to management of project i.e. timeline, risks, cost.

Product Innovation Development and Technical Expertise

•  Work in close collaboration with Design Team and Product Development Team to achieve optimal prototype Development.

Product Innovation Project Management

•  Align on timeline with the project management, and continuously update with Project Manager the status of project.
•  Align with Project team on expected Form, Fit, Function and finish of the innovative product.
•  Align with Project management team on expected budget in order to accomplish the various new designed.

Qualifications:

•  Solid technical engineering background in the jewelry business
•  Strong knowledge in jewelry manufacturing.
•  Project management experiences.
•  Good communication in English and team work.

•  Product Innovation materials, process, mechanical, tooling and technologies
