Responsibilities :

  • Driving, monitoring & evaluating sales team performance by prioritizing & assigning tasks to ensure achievement of sales targets/KPIs.
  •  Leading & coaching sales staff on the aspects of selling techniques and improving in-store problems
  • Monitoring budget utilization to align with business priorities and expected outcomes for all activities within assigned area, and budget plan
  • Coordinating with Visual Merchandiser to execute & ensure store display meet Visual Merchandiser principle guideline standard to maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn
  • Coordinating with Trade Marketing for product launch

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in sales area and experience in People Manager role with proven track record of achievements
  • Excellent knowledge/ experience in Sales from FMCG, Modern Trade, or Retail business is preferable
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good Problem Solving Skill
  • Flexible to travel upcountry
  • Fluent command English and computer literacy
