Responsibilities :

• Managing ongoing support and change requests for all applications in use within company Area SE-APAC.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of business processes and demands in specific domain.
• Provide technical expertise in the specific domain, covering application set-up, and process flows as well as configuration and reporting.
• Respond to and resolve incidents using internal tools and processes. Follow up with respective parties to ensure issue has been resolved on time.
• Log customer call in system. Analyze to spot categories, trends and underlying issues.
• Providing IT and business management the transparency of IT service.
• Maintaining and administering the SEA Area IT applications suite to ensure smooth service for our customers within the Area.
•  Ability to write workflow, training documentation and provide IT system training to a broader audience
• Continuously identify, analyze and document system/process issues to seek for improvements.
• Build productive relationships with your peers within Thailand business and Global IT. Run regular update meetings with your superior and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality with Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years of work experience in IT, or MIS
• SAP AFS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or other ERP), and Database knowledge is a MUST
• BI Solution is required e.g. Qlikview, MSTR
• Retail LS Navision, Microsoft LS Retail POS system and B2B eCatalog (customer order management) would be advantage
• WMS Manhattan would be plus, but not required
• Good command of Thai and English 
• Business- and solution-oriented, global mindset with Service Mind
• Good planning and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and Good interpersonal skill
• Keen interest and understanding of IT and retails business
• Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
