Responsibilities :

  •  Analyzes market intelligence data and provide insights to identify opportunity for category growth
  •  Analyzes Brand & Communications Tracking studies, providing updates and insightful summaries
  •  Distils insight from primary and secondary research (qualitative exploratory, direct consumer contact, quantitative product mix development, in market tracking, strategic ad hoc)
  •  Manages relevant IT tools as required, managing data uploads, accessibility, training, communication and general support
  •  Ensures business decision making is based on deep levels of consumer knowledge and intimacy
  •  Identifies and exploits business opportunities
  •  Drives change based on strategic understanding of consumers and category
  •  Provides decision support for optimizing marketing mix investments
  •  Solves business problems through the integration of data from multiple sources
  •  Aligns market research urces with business priorities
  •  Builds market research capability and excellence
  •  Analyzes market intelligence data and provide insights to identify opportunity for category growth

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Science, business management and business administration.
  •  Minimum of 3 years in the nutrition/ healthcare with an emphasis on commercial
  •  Must be team orientated, analytical, and highly organized.
  •  Extensive experience as program / project manager.
  •  Results driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge, and is quick on his/her feet. Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan.
  •  Must have demonstrated ability to operate within a Cross Function Team.
  •  Demonstrated business analytical capabilities and track record of contingency planning with a Commercial Operations focus (preferable Sales Analytics and CRM Management).
  •  Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  •  Demonstrated performance of influencing change.
