Responsibilities :

  •  Prospect for new clients by networking or generating interest.
  •  Drive 'Request for quote" process with new prospects.
  •  Open business development dialogs with strategic customers.
  •  Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  •  Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business and to market company's end to end solutions.
  •  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  •  Develop a rapport with new customers and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
  •  Manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for company.
  •  Manage team performance and monitor development plans.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacy or related field.
  •  At least 5 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing positions managing Orthopedic products.
  •  Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  •  Strong negotiation skills, high self-motivation and energetic.
  •  Possess solid presentation skills.
  •  Good command of spoken and written English.
