Responsibilities :
- Prospect for new clients by networking or generating interest.
- Drive 'Request for quote" process with new prospects.
- Open business development dialogs with strategic customers.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business and to market company's end to end solutions.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Develop a rapport with new customers and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for company.
- Manage team performance and monitor development plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacy or related field.
- At least 5 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing positions managing Orthopedic products.
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Strong negotiation skills, high self-motivation and energetic.
- Possess solid presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
