Responsibilities :

• Manage and conduct team member to do projects related to electro chemical plating process, surface coating and other techniques.
• Planning & controlling project activities within operating time horizontal.
• Advise and support project team to analyze information in terms of statistical evaluation, quality improvement and present to management team.
• Evaluate project performance, pursue area of improvement.
• Review the anticipated benefits achieved of the project and track actual benefit to calculate project value.
• Monitor and evaluate research projects and activities according to the company’s objectives in coordination with other departments.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for major electrochemical plating based on functional and quality inputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Strong knowledge in Chemist for electrochemical plating process.
• Project management experiences.
• Leadership ability to lead research teams.
• Good communication in English.
• Ability to think innovatively in turn that thinking into a realistic material.
