Responsibilities :

  • Promote the business through the development of the existing customer base as well as identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to take best advantage of these opportunities.
  •  Promote the total service business through the development of new and existing customer base.
  •  Implement best practice through territory management and strategies offering of company product portfolio.
  •  Plan and prioritizes sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity. Plan and organize daily and weekly visit schedules.
  •  Co-ordinate and work in collaboration with service team to deliver a quality commitment from a customer perspective.
  •  Work closely with the Service and Sales teams to development client relationships.
  • To undertake proposal, including the calculation of Service Sales price to achieve sales of Service Level Agreements and Fixed Price Service in order to achieve and exceed targets.
  •  Prepare and follow through quotations to secure orders.
  •  Negotiate directly with customers to secure Service business.
  •  Monitor status of new/current service contracts plus renewals.
  •  Assist in the account receivable process and follow up on outstanding payment accounts.


  •  Previous 1 – 3 years sales, marketing, or related experiences preferred
  •  Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred area of study are: Business, Management, Engineering, and Marketing
  •  Superior communication skills both verbal and written
  •  A good Mechanical/Engineering comprehension
