Responsibilities :

•  Work with MD & AD in making strategic plan for administrative job, following company policy
•  Design & improve the system relating to HR, GA, Risk management and compliance to get “trust”, both inside and outside the company
•  Apply PDCA working method for subordinates
•  Provide knowledge, and acting as “coach” to subordinates
•  Be coordinator & advisor to other sections, including Japanese managmen/advisors
•  Manage Quality Management System, development plan, policy and review procedure for best practice and operation performance improvement

Qualifications:

•  Thai native speaker
•  Male or Female
•  Bachelor degree in any related field
•  At least 10 year experiences in HR or Admin in management level
•  Experience in Japanese automotive manufacturing is preferred
•  Good command of English
•  Be familiar with Japanese working environment
•  Good communication and negotiable skills
•  Good PC skills in MS Office
