Responsibilities :

•  Work closely with the Regional Sales Director, the Head of Product Management and the distributors in the above-specified markets to achieve the sales targets
•  Responsible for establishing strong awareness and preference of product brand as a go-to supplier with our project client base, leading to strong pipeline leads generation and a high conversion of leads into sales, with good profitability and low cancellation/delays
•  Highly attuned to market needs and trends, and forward such information to the Head of Product Management to facilitate new product development for his clients’ needs.
•  To optimize sales and profitability. Product range knowledge, product specifications, pricing
•  Do so via a disciplined, professional sales approach, in the process developing strong working relationships based on mutual respect

Qualifications:

•  Graduated architecture or technical training in the field of interior design or related field
•  15 to 20 years experience and ideally a well established network of contacts in the bath and wellness industry or building and construction related industry (e.g. kitchens)
•  Fluent English is a must. Ideally, would be able to speak other local languages such as Mandarin/local Chinese dialects
