Our Client
A global leading provider of specialty product for the construction industry

Responsibilities :

Product Innovation and Renovation

  •  Lead new product development team for assigned product categories
  • Involve in all steps of new product development including idea generation, assessment, development, testing and commercial launch
  •  Work closely with corporate R&D, Local R&D, QA, Production, Purchasing, Technical team, Sales and external industry professionals

Branding

  •  Be a brand champion; Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products, Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
  •  In-depth understanding of the company's current product and future concept.
  •  Translate into strong and consistent Brand Value, Brand Identity to align with Brand positioning in the market including;
  1. Intuitive brand architecture;
  2. Strong name and icon;
  3. Tagline that reinforces brand promise.
  • Initiative and improve marketing and communication materials to develop brand premium position.
  •  Work closely with other departments such as Operation and R&D to consult on packaging and product as it relates to branding.​

Planning & Implementation with strong creative, analytical and organizational skills

  •  Be a brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match the market situation in any circumstances.
  •  Brainstorm to develop company’s marketing plan and brand plan.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  •  Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  •  Plan and implement all marketing effort to support sales team in order to help achieve the company goal together and react to the market study.
  •  Planning, developing and implement product strategy included new product launching strategy to support sales.
  •  Set pricing strategy and implement to the market.
  •  Planning and create trade promotion to support channel distribution.
  •  Screen sales request on promotion before getting approval and evaluate the action.
  •  Co-ordinate within marketing team and external parties (if needed) to produce marketing material.
  •  Budget management skill and proficiency to control marketing expense.
  •  Present and communicate to all related parties to get clear understanding in every action, ex. Present in monthly sales meeting.
  • Input into corporate website and digital media

Market and analysis

  •  Forecast and monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  •  Good understand targeted end-users, shoppers, retailers and construction industry professionals.
  •  Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products.
  •  Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  •  Analyze competitor movement in term of product, pricing and promotion.
  •  Market visit to identify the business opportunity and present new product to customers.
  •  Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  •  Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  •  Support data analysis and report.

Packaging

  •  Lead packaging development by co-operating with Graphic Designer and other related parties to ensure that all necessary process is done and completed.
  •  Communicate the changes to related parties.

Ad-hoc project (link to Ultimate Objective)

  • Other project initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering (prefer civil, structural, chemical, architecture)
  •  MBA or Master’s degree in business area
  •  10 years of work experience, with 5 years in Marketing or Technical Sales
  •  Good oral and written communication in English and Thai
