Job Opportunity :HRBP - HR Specialist (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMMUNICATION) (80K)

Responsibilities :

  • The job incumbent is responsible for overseeing the relationship from the hiring process to current employees to the exit process by connecting human resources with other management and maximizing workforce/HR Strategies through people management requirements and performance expectation/alignment and maintaining credibility of HR function as an expert in HR's strategic (change agent, strategic partner), operational (recruiter, trainer, developer, coordinator, mediator, employee champion) and administrative roles (policy maker, administrative expert, advisor, counselor, welfare officer, legal consultant) including
  •  Demonstrate credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels within an organization
  •  Make rational, realistic and sound decision based on consideration of all the facts and alternative available
  •  Enthuse others and promote a clear sense of purpose and positive attitude to work in individuals and teams
  •  Drive the case for, manage, and delivery change in the work places


  • Bachelor qualified in HR, laws, or related field and MBA is an advantage
  •  Process HR competencies at the expert level with at least 5 years in the MNC of handling the union negotiation as well as over 4 - 8 years in other human resources roles & responsibilities
  •  Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, applying a flexible, creative, and win-win approach; analytical & problem solving skills, systematic & logical thinking, pro-active and leadership
  •  Excellent communication in English and Thai - both business writing and verbal communication
  •  Competent level skills in core IT application, particularly MS Office
